Ghana vrs England: World Cup 2026 clash goalless after frustrating opening half
England have been frustrated by Ghana in the first half of their 2026 World Cup clash.
England have dominated possession but have been unable to find a way through Ghana’s stubborn low block, with Declan Rice’s strike from distance their closest attempt so far.
England beat Croatia 4-2 in their opening Group L match, while Ghana left it late to beat Panama 1-0.
Meanwhile, the former Chief of Staff at the Presidency, Akosua Frema Osei-Opare, has urged the Black Stars to be fearless.
