M.anifest to perform all 14 tracks on ‘Nowhere Cool’ album at 10th anniversary concert

Ghanaian rapper M.anifest will celebrate a decade of his acclaimed Nowhere Cool album with a live concert featuring all 14 tracks from the project, giving fans a chance to relive a defining chapter of his musical journey.

The award-winning musician, born Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, announced the upcoming performance during an interview on the Citi Breakfast Show on Friday, October 16, ahead of the Nowhere Cool 10th Anniversary Live Experience, scheduled for Saturday, October 24, at the Accra Polo Club in Airport.

M.anifest said the event would offer more than a conventional concert, with the entire album presented through a carefully curated live performance designed to bring its songs and stories to life.

“I’m going to perform the entire album, put together a really great live curated experience,” he said.

The rapper also disclosed that Kwateng, AratheJay, Annabelle Rose and other artistes would perform their own sets before his headline appearance. He further hinted at special guest appearances, including some musicians who featured on the original album, although he declined to disclose their identities.

Released in 2016, Nowhere Cool showcased M.anifest’s distinctive rap style, blending diverse musical influences with collaborations from other artistes.

The 14-track album features songs such as B.E.A.R., Hand Dey Go, Hand Dey Come featuring Worlasi, Rich People Problems featuring Tumi Molekane, and Palm Wine & Whisky featuring Dex Kwasi.

The anniversary concert is expected to give audiences an opportunity to experience the album as a complete body of work, revisiting its musical arrangements, collaborations and creative direction in a live setting.

The event is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, at the Accra Polo Club.

Regular tickets are selling for GH¢300, while VIP tickets cost GH¢500. Group ticket packages are also available for patrons attending together.
