Mahama nominates Apaak to Education Ministry, Brogya Gyenfi to Defense among others as deputies

President John Dramani Mahama has nominated Dr. Clement Apaak as Deputy Minister for Education, and Ernest Brogya Gyenfi as Deputy Minister of Defense.
Others include Justice Srem-Sai as Deputy Minister of Justice & Attorney General, Alhassan Sayibu Suhuyini heads to Ministry of Roads & Highways as a deputy minister, Sampson Ahi also nominated to Ministry of Trade, Agribusiness and Industry.
This was contained in a statement signed by the acting Spokesperson to the President, Felix Kwakye Ofosu.
He indicated that the move by the President is in accordance with Articles 78(1) and 79(1) of the Constitution, and “submitted the names of the under-listed to Parliament, through the Speaker, for prior approval to serve as Deputy Ministers”.
