President Mahama Announces New Ministerial Appointments

President John Dramani Mahama has nominated several individuals to serve as ministers in various portfolios. The list of nominees includes Haruna Iddrisu, MP, as the Minister for Education, Kwame Governs Agbodza, MP, as the Minister for Roads and Highways, and Eric Opoku, MP, as the Minister for Food and Agriculture.
Other notable nominees include Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, MP, as the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Abla Dzifa Gomashie, MP, as the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, and Emelia Arthur, MP, as the Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture.
Additionally, George Opare-Addo has been nominated as the Minister for Youth Development and Empowerment, while Ahmed Ibrahim, MP, has been appointed as the Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs. Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, MP, has been nominated as the Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry.
