Vote for John Mahama to dismantle Akufo-Addo’s wicked legacy – Apaak to Ghanaians

The Member of Parliament for Builsa South, Dr. Clement Apaak is calling on Ghanaians to vote for National Democratic Congress (NDC) flag bearer, John Mahama in the impending 2024 Election.

According to him, a vote for Mr. John Mahama will clear off President Akufo-Addo’s mess and corrupt administration.

This follows on the back of President Akufo-Addo reiterating his call on Ghanaians to vote for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the impending 2024 General Election.

He further stated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flag bearer, John Mahama cannot succeed him adding that he will destroy his legacy if Ghanaians should make him take over as the next President.

“This is our election year and the limited registration has started. Anybody who hasn’t registered and is eligible should go and register. This is because your right to vote is your power.

“Also, when the time is up for the voting, our job is simple. The person I defeated and my work since I took over, seems not to please him, I cannot hand over power to such a person. He will destroy whatever we have done when he comes.”

He added “I am pleading with you to vote for the person I have worked with for the past seven and half years. I have faith in him and I know that he will come and continue the work I have begun as Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.”

Mr. John Mahama has replied to President Akufo-Addo indicating that he will not continue Akufo-Addo’s legacy of corruption, misgovernance, and arrogance.

“Of course, I will not protect your ‘legacy’ of corruption, misgovernance, arrogance, ineptitude, bankrupt economy, increased unemployment, and pushing more of our people into the poverty bracket,” the NDC flag bearer stated in a tweet.

“A vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is a vote to protect and continue Nana Akufo-Addo’s legacy of: misgovernance; mismanagement of the economy, barefaced corruption; reckless borrowing, galamsey among others.

“Reject the dangerous mate anointed by the reckless driver. Nana Akufo-Addo’s own recent statements suggest that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia [mate] is not a man of his own and will continue taking orders from Nana Akufo-Addo [driver].

“Vote for John Mahama to dismantle Nana Akufo-Addo’s despicable legacy and to hold its architects to account. Vote for change and accountability,” the Builsa South lawmaker stated in a tweet.
