Abeiku Hayford engages Osabarima Kwesi Atta II to propel development

Professional engineer and NDC stalwart ING. Abeiku Hayford has called for stronger collaboration to accelerate development in Cape Coast and the Oguaa Traditional Area.
ING. Abeiku Hayford made the call following a courtesy visit to Osabarima Kwesi Atta II, Paramount Chief of the Oguaa Traditional Area, at the Emintseamadze Palace in Cape Coast on Saturday.
In a Facebook post after the engagement, the General Secretary for former NDC parliamentary aspirants said discussions centered on the development of Cape Coast, the welfare of residents and the importance of unity in advancing the collective interests of Oguaa and Ghana.
The meeting brought together traditional leadership and development-minded stakeholders at a time when communities across the country continue to seek innovative ways of creating opportunities for young people and improving living conditions.
According to ING. Abeiku Hayford, meaningful progress requires a collective approach that brings together traditional authorities, professionals and other key actors with a shared commitment to development.
“Our engagement focused on the development of Cape Coast, the welfare of our people, and the importance of unity and solidarity in advancing the collective interests of Oguaa and Ghana as a whole,” he wrote.
The engineer and risk management consultant noted that engaging traditional leaders remains essential in promoting community development and ensuring that local concerns receive the needed attention.
“It was therefore refreshing to once again engage my father and draw from his wealth of wisdom, experience, and unwavering commitment to the growth of our traditional area,” he stated.
He further disclosed that discussions highlighted the need for stronger partnerships among traditional authorities, professionals and development stakeholders to create opportunities for the youth and promote sustainable development.

ING. Abeiku Hayford also reaffirmed his belief in leadership that prioritizes service, humility and commitment to the people, values he said have been exemplified by the Paramount Chief through his dedication to the advancement of Cape Coast.
The Paramount Chief, Osabarima Kwesi Atta II, in turn assured ING. Abeiku Hayford and his team of his support and blessings. He emphasized the importance of unity among the people of Oguaa and encouraged continued efforts aimed at promoting development and improving the welfare of residents.
