Samson Samari calls for a decent campaign, promises clear message to delegates

Samson Samari, Personal Assistant to Dr Clement Apaak, Deputy Minister of Education, says he is committed to realistic promises to delegates as he seeks to become the next Upper East Regional Youth Organizer for the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Following the filing of his nomination, Mr. Samari emphasized the need for candidates to engage directly with the delegates adding that he is poised to achieve a lot for the youth wing in the Upper East region.
“The only thing I can tell my fellow aspirants for the various positions is that, we should do a decent campaign,” Mr. Samari stated.
He further stated that delegates will not listen and vote on hollow campaigns.
“We should go to the people and tell them what we were able to do,” he said, adding that, “regardless of whatever, let’s tell them what we were able to do.”
His comments highlight the importance of communicating achievable goals and maintaining a campaign focused on what candidates can realistically deliver to the people they seek to represent.
Samari’s bid for the Upper East Regional Youth Organizer position will provide an opportunity for him to present his vision for youth leadership and outline how he intends to address the concerns of young people in the region.
