Afenyo-Markin appointed as ECG Board Chairman by Akufo-Addo
President Nana Akufo-Addo by Executive power has appointed the Majority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin as the new board Chairman of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).
The President’s Secretary and Ambassador-At-Large, Nana Asante Bediatuo in a letter stated that Mr. Afenyo-Marki replaces Herbert Krapa who is now the Minister of State at the Energy Ministry. Mr Krapa replaced Keli Gadzekpo who resigned on March 26.
