Dafeamekpor, Kokroko inspected projects, honored invitations to annual thanksgiving service at Peki State at Tongor-Tsanakpe E.P Church

On Sunday, 22rd February, 2026, Hon. Rockson-Nelson Kwami Etse Dafeamekpor Esq., Member of Parliament for South Dayi Constituency and Majority Chief Whip of the 9th Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana, and Hon. Courage Kwame Kokroko, District Chief Executive for South Dayi District, inspected ongoing projects in the Constituency.
They started at Government College of Education (GOVCO), where the 10-year abandoned auditorium is 95% complete. Thanks to Hon. Dafeamekpor. The lawmaker and DCE praised the contractor and advised on rainwater harvesting, directing them to estimate for a water reservoir construction, which he MP Dafeamekpor will fund.

The team proceeded to Peki Senior High Secondary Technical School (PESTECH), where a contractor was paid for the administration block completion. At PESTECH, 500 chairs and 500 tables were delivered, with the same quantity to be delivered to Peki Senior High Secondary School (PESCO) and Kpeve Senior High Secondary Technical (KPESTECH) Hon Rockson-Nelson Kwami Etse Dafeamekpor said.
At PESCO, the dining hall contractor was absent, prompting Hon. Dafeamekpor and Hon. Kokroko to promise follow-ups for completion.

They honored invitations to the Peki State Annual Thanksgiving Service, aiming to unite Peki communities and fund developmental projects. This year’s event was held at Peki-Tsame school Park, with His Royal Majesty Deiga Kodzo Dei XI and Divisional Chiefs in attendance. Hon. Dafeamekpor announced that Peki Town Roads projects including Peki-Dzake to Anum and Tsatee-Kpalime to Tsibu are awarded, starting April 2026.
The team visited the housing project site at Kpeve, praising the progress. They inspected the 24-kilometer road construction site, commending SANAM GHANA LIMITED, led by Ing. Gabriel Boateng, Ing. Dennis Awukutse, and Christian.
Finally, they attended the 50th anniversary of EPC Tongor-Tsanakpe, with Hon. Dafeamekpor promising continued support. He thanked the EPC for their continued support for the NDC. The Moderator of the General Assembly, Rt. Rev. Dr. Lt. Col. Bliss Divine Kofi Agbeko Rtd thanked President John Dramani Mahama through Hon Dafeamekpor for supporting development projects, citing the donation of a Toyota Fortuner to EPC General Assembly.
