Double standard of Bawumia’s statistical data exposed

Is Ghana’ statistical data, records and analysis acceptable today?
In every field of endeavour statistical records and analysis are dependent for insight into likely future occurrences.
Politics, business, engineering and many other fields rely largely on statistical data to project future outcomes based on current statistical data or records.
In 2016, the world Bank, IMF and EIU predicted that, 2017 will be good for Ghana in terms of economics performance based on their statistics data on Ghana.
In the United States many predictions were made based on their statistics data which perfectly delivered
However, listening to the vice President Bawumia speaking this days at many fora’ he likes to refer to the word data. At times he said, the data doesn’t support it.
I recalled that during 2014, 2015 to 2016, Bawumia has denied the authenticity of the works of the Ghana’ statistical service.
Any data that the service released is condemned by Bawumia claiming that, the data is not true but today, anywhere he goes, he speaks to the data from the statistical department.
One may want to ask that, has something changed about the statistical service and its workings now, or do they have human beings working there now?
This is a man who claimed to be an honest person before the public but, running critical analysis on his level of honesty, he doesn’t qualify even to advice anybody not alone be given a position to handle.
We heard him opposed the imposition of tax on our mobile money wallets (E-levy)but just after a few months time, he turned and run away from his own words. He has been silent even up to date.
The country signing on to the IMF program for 3years too he refused to speak to it up to date
The chairman of the Economic management team who we were told by his wife that, he is economic WizKid cannot talk on economic issues despite all the bragging some few years ago.
President Akuffo Addo told this country that all the world’s wisdom is in Bawumia’s head and not knowing, the so-called economic WizKid is as empty as a harmattan leave.
Today, Bawumia wants every Ghanaian to believe in the statistical data.
When the statistical service said, that inflation is dropping down. He shameless attended a program organised by the statistical service and was speaking to there data on declining trends of inflation.
In fact, analysing the behaviour of a character like Dr. Bawumia, we wonder if the school that awarded him the PhD is monitoring his deliveries.
No wonder during his time as economic consultant to Zimbabwe, the country recorded inflation in thousands.
It is very critical to stop characters like Dr Bawumia because students are still learning the cognitive outcomes or pronouncements of people in authority.
As we march into 2024, we must give a close marking to persons like Dr Bawumia and co whose only intent is to mislead the populace to their advantage.
No theory has ever supported his style of lying.
