Ghana has become our second home – Zonda Tech CEO

Chief Executive Officer of Zonda Tech Ghana Limited, Yang Yang, has described Ghana as the company’s second home, reaffirming its commitment to investing in the country’s industrial growth and development.

Speaking at the inauguration of Phase 3 of the Zonda Tech Ghana Plant, Yang Yang said the company’s relationship with Ghana has evolved beyond business, reflecting a deep sense of belonging and confidence in the country’s future.

She noted that Ghana has provided a conducive environment for investment and innovation, enabling the company to expand its operations and strengthen its presence in the manufacturing sector.

“Ghana is no longer simply a country where we do business. It has become a place we believe in, a place we love, and a place we proudly call our second home,” she said.

Yang Yang stated that the completion of Phase 3 of the plant marks another important milestone in Zonda Tech’s journey in Ghana and demonstrates the company’s long-term commitment to the country.

“This new phase is not just an expansion of our operations. It is a reflection of our confidence in Ghana, its people and its future,” she said.

She said the expansion would help boost production capacity, create employment opportunities and support the transfer of technology and skills to Ghanaian workers.

According to her, the company’s growth in Ghana has been made possible through the support of government institutions, business partners and local communities, whose collaboration has helped create a favourable environment for investment.

“We are grateful for the trust and support we have received over the years. Together, we have built more than a business; we have built lasting partnerships and friendships,” Yang Yang noted.

She expressed optimism about Ghana’s economic prospects and pledged that Zonda Tech would continue to explore opportunities that contribute to industrialisation, innovation and sustainable development.

“As we inaugurate Phase 3 of this plant, we renew our commitment to Ghana. We look forward to growing with the country and contributing to its industrial transformation for many years to come,” she added.
