Hunt down Bole SHS teacher; Dr. Apaak demands swift police action

The Ministry of Education has issued a scathing directive to the Ghana Police Service, demanding the immediate tracking, arrest, and prosecution of the interdicted Bole Senior High School (SHS) teacher who has been on the run for weeks.
In a strongly worded press statement signed by the Deputy Minister for Education, Dr. Clement Abas Apaak (MP), the Ministry expressed deep concern over the police’s inability to apprehend the fugitive, despite a highly publicized nationwide manhunt.
The Ministry’s urgency comes on the heels of startling new revelations that suggest the teacher’s unprofessional behavior was not an isolated, accidental slip, but rather a calculated pattern of predatory abuse.
The fugitive teacher recently broke his silence in an interview, claiming his inappropriate conduct with a female student was “unintentional.” He further floated a public plea, requesting a transfer to a remote village school.
However, the Ministry has flatly rejected these excuses, labeling them “flimsy” and revealing that shocking new evidence has come to light.
“Information available to us indicates that contrary to what he claimed in his recent interview, his unprofessional conduct was deliberate and intentional,” the statement read. “In fact, we have seen other videos of the same teacher engaged in similar inappropriate behaviour with other girls we believe are also students.”
According to the Ministry, the disgraced educator systematically abused his position of authority to exploit vulnerable female students under his care.
Expressing absolute confidence in the capabilities of the Ghana Police Service, the Ministry urged investigators to leverage modern forensic and digital tracking tools to close in on the suspect.
Dr. Apaak pointed out that the suspect’s recent media interview and his public statement asking for a transfer should provide immediate digital breadcrumbs.
The Ministry advised the police to contact the media sources that facilitated the interview to trace the fugitive’s physical location.
