Mahama’s next government will collaborate with the Ghana Association of Writers to establish a national writing contest

And it is for these reasons that Former President John Dramani Mahama who is also the 2024 presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress has promised to collaborate with the Ghana Association of Writers to establish a national writing contest if he becomes the next president of the Republic.

The writing contest will aim to promote and celebrate Ghanaian literature and writers, as well as encourage the development of writing skills among the youth.

Mahama’s next government will provide funding and support for the contest, and winners will receive prizes and recognition for their work. This initiative will help to showcase the rich literary talents in Ghana and inspire the next generation of writers.
