PWDs in Builsa South won’t be left out of job opportunities – Communication Officer

Persons Living with Disabilities (PWDs) in the Builsa South Constituency will be supported in securing job opportunities, in line with the NDC’s campaign promise to reserve 5% of job opportunities for PWDs, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Officer, Adams Immurana Kambara in Builsa South, has disclosed.
This is contained in a statement on donation by the Member of Parliament for Builsa South, Dr. Clement Abas Apaak to persons living with disabilities in the constituency.
“As chairman of the Disability Committee in Parliament and, more importantly, someone who has PWDs at heart, Dr. Apaak’s efforts to support persons with disabilities (PWDs) are particularly noteworthy. The constituency chairman, Mr. Akinkang Ceasar assured the disability community that the MP would continue to support them in securing job opportunities, in line with the NDC’s campaign promise to reserve 5% of job opportunities for PWDs,” Adams Immurana Kambara stated.

MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR BUILSA SOUTH, HON. DR. CLEMENT APAAK SUPPORTS PERSONS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES IN HIS CONSTITUENCY.
Hon. Dr. Clement Apaak, the Member of Parliament for Builsa South and Deputy Minister of Education, has demonstrated his commitment to supporting vulnerable groups in his constituency once again. On March 19, 2025, he donated GHC 7,000 to the disability community in Builsa South to help them open a bank account for their union.
This gesture is not an isolated incident, as Dr. Apaak has a history of supporting women’s groups and students in his constituency. For instance, he previously donated GHC 20,000 to four women’s groups in Builsa South to support their economic empowerment. Additionally, he authorized the release of GHC 231,200 from his portion of the common fund to support 264 students with their school fees.
