‘Take NUGS to greater heights’ – Anatu Seidu Bogobiri Esq urges student leaders

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) in charge of Finance and Investment, Anatu Anne Seidu Bogobiri Esq, has challenged leaders of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) to make a lasting impact during their tenure.
She made the call when the NUGS leadership paid a courtesy visit to her office in Accra on Tuesday, September 2, 2026.

The delegation was led by NUGS Secretary for Special Education, Gideon Osei, and Secretary for Education, Bismark Offei Bekoe.
The visit was to express appreciation to Ms. Bogobiri for honouring an invitation to the 59th NUGS Annual Conference.
Madam Bogobiri commended the NUGS executives for their service to Ghanaian students and urged them to use their time in office to strengthen the Union.
She encouraged the student leaders to “leave a lasting legacy at the end of their tenure” and “take NUGS to greater heights.”
She further urged them to continue positioning NUGS as “a true leadership incubator for Ghanaian students.”
The NUGS executives expressed their appreciation to the NHIA DCEO for her warm reception, mentorship and continuous support for youth and student development.
