MEDIA ADVISORY: Mahama’s media encounter today July 7

Further to our press release of Monday, June 24, 2024, this media advisory is to provide further information on Sunday night’s Media Encounter with HE John Dramani Mahama, flag bearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the 2024 elections.
The purpose of this encounter is to provide a platform for Mahama to share his vision for Ghana’s future and address important national interest issues.
- The period for requests for accreditation for the Media Encounter has ended.
- Media houses that submitted requests to be accredited will receive their accreditations before the End of the Day, Thursday, July 04, 2024.
- All journalists, photographers and camera operators are required to bring along their accreditation or invitation to be admitted.
- The Mahama 2024 Campaign will provide a live and clean content feed via satellite and YouTube, which all interested media houses can access for live broadcasts. All John Mahama socials will also livestream the Encounter.
- The Media Encounter will commence at 8.00 pm PROMPT.
- All accredited media houses, journalists, and camera operators are requested to arrive and complete their audio feed and camera setup before 7:40 p.m.
This major engagement with journalists is the first in a series of similar encounters that Mahama will have with the media before the December elections.
