Mahama won’t be allowed to debate a pathological liar – Dr Apaak to Bawumia

The deputy ranking member of the Education Committee in Parliament, Dr. Clement Apaak has stated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer will not be allowed to debate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
In a tweet, the Builsa South lawmaker described the Vice President as a pathological liar.
According to him, the Vice President cannot call former President John Mahama names and still wants to debate him.
“The certified pathological liar had the impudence to call JDM an “empty barrel” because of a debate? Aaah, if you say he is empty, why are you crying because he will not debate you?
“If JDM agrees to debate DMB, I will organize a protest. Why would anyone debate a liar?” the Builsa South Member of Parliament quizzed.
Background
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has chastised his counterpart from the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, for declining to engage in a debate with him.
The spokesperson of the John Mahama Campaign Team, Joyce Bawah Mogtari, said there’s no need for a debate between Mahama and Bawumia.
Addressing party supporters during the second phase of his nationwide campaign at Nalerigu on Thursday, July 11, Dr. Bawumia said Mahama is running away from the debate because he will defeat him hands down by exposing his unrealistic promises.
He labelled Mahama as “empty as an empty barrel”.
