Mahama with 12 out of 16 regions: No complacency, let’s keep working hard – Dr. Apaak

The Member of Parliament for Builsa South, Dr. Clement Apaak has urged the rank and file of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to keep working for victory in the upcoming 2024 Election.
This comes on the back of yet-to-be-released polls by Global InfoAnalytics announcing that the NDC flag bearer, John Mahama is leading his opponent, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia with 12 out of the 16 regions.
Dr. Bawumia is managing four regions out of the 16 regions.
In the last survey by the Global InfoAnalytics, Mr. Mahama was leading with 53% while Dr. Bawumia dropped to 31%.
In a tweet on X, the Builsa South lawmaker advised the NDC to keep working hard despite the positive signs of victory.
Dr. Apaak also indicated that need to continue demanding for a forensic audit of the voter register.
“No complacency. We must keep working hard, including ensuring that we have a forensically audited register fit for purpose.
“We must not relent in calling on the EC to do the right thing by allowing a forensic audit of the register. These polls will be meaningless in the face of a bloated register”, he added.
