Inspired by Japan’s innovative KOSEN model, Ghana is committed to establishing our own National Institutes of Technology under the leadership of H.E. President John Dramani Mahama’s Resetting Agenda. We aim to convert Accra Technical Training Centre (ATTC) and Dabokpa Technical Institute into national institutes of technology, delivering high-quality, hands-on technical education tailored to 21st-century industry needs.
I also explored how Japan is using digital tools to enhance learning for students with special needs. The insights from NISE reaffirm our resolve to make inclusive education a national priority.
Ghana is ready to build a future where every young person regardless of ability is equipped with the skills and opportunities to thrive.
