He noted that Advans Ghana currently serves more than 145,000 clients nationwide. The company employs over 700 staff and now operates 21 branches across major cities including Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Techiman, and now Takoradi. Five additional branches are expected to open next year.

The company provides a range of financial services such as savings, deposits, and loans, complemented by digital solutions through its ‘My Advans App’ and ‘MobiBank’ platform, which enable clients to transact securely and conveniently from anywhere.
Mr. Valence further highlighted Advans Ghana’s commitment to ensuring the safety and confidentiality of clients’ funds and data as it operates under the supervision of the Bank of Ghana and holds ISO 27001 certification.

The Chief Sales and Distribution Officer, Mrs. Barbara Odei, attributed the institution’s success to its strong value proposition and relationship-driven approach. “At Advans, every client is unique and has specific needs. Our relationship management culture enables us to provide tailored financial solutions and serve customers at the point of their individuality. This is what sets us apart,” Mrs. Odei said.
She added that Advans Ghana remains committed to innovation and customer engagement. “We are constantly interacting with our clients, learning from them, and improving our products and services to better serve every market segment,” she stated.
