President Mahama nominates 72 persons for DCE positions

President John Dramani Mahama
President John Dramani Mahama has nominated 72 persons for the position of District Chief Executive (DCE), pending approval from their respective District Assemblies.
In a statement dated 26th March and signed by the Minister of Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs, Ahmed Ibrahim, disclosed that the nominations are in line with Article 243(1) of the 1992 Constitution and Article 20(1) of the Local Government Act, 2016 (Act 936).
