Builsa South DCE, NPP PC allegedly assault a staff of the Assembly

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Builsa South, Daniel Kwame Gariba, has been accused of attacking a staff member at the Assembly. The incident allegedly occurred after a misunderstanding between the two men.
However, in the course of the disagreements, Mr. Gariba who is also the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for the constituency, reportedly punched Saeed Jasfar Mohammed in the face.
As a result of the punch, Mr. Mohammed sustained injuries, including bruises and bleeding from his nostrils. He sought medical care following the attack.
Meanwhile, the medical report confirmed that Mohammed is also experiencing severe headaches due to the injury. Despite this, the report states that he is currently stable.
The attack has raised concerns, especially as the DCE holds a prominent position in the district and the NPP.
It is unclear what led to the confrontation between Gariba and Mohammed. Investigations into the matter are expected to follow.
The situation is being closely monitored, and Gariba’s actions have attracted significant attention in the local community.
