NDC has a safe pair to reset Ghana – Dr Apaak

Dr. Clement Apaak, Member of Parliament for Builsa South, has praised Professor Jane Nana Opoku-Agyemang, saying she has an “enviable record” that speaks to her competence and influence.
In an interview on Radio Gold, Dr. Apaak highlighted Professor Opoku-Agyemang’s achievements, including being honored in Zimbabwe with a prestigious student award named after her. “That tells you the caliber of a running mate that we have, her record is enviable,” he said.
Dr. Apaak also commended Professor Opoku-Agyemang for breaking the glass ceiling as the first female vice-chancellor of a Ghanaian public university and her initiatives at the Ministry of Education that made teaching and learning attractive.
“We have a fantastic pair, a safe pair recognizing the role of females and making space for our mothers, our daughters, our sisters,” Dr. Apaak said, adding that the party should be highly commended for consciously making space for women in decision-making.
He also praised Professor Opoku-Agyemang’s language and demeanor, saying she speaks “indeed as somebody who has been an educationist” and is a role model for academia and young people.
