GACL reportedly wins 16 acres land case against McDan

Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL) is reported to have reclaimed 16 acres of prime land from McDan group following a court ruling.
According to Senaradiooline.com, the Court ruled in favour of Ghana Airport Company, indicating that the lands in question are state property.
The ruling therefore means that, McDan group is expected to vacate the said lands.
